Our Client currently has a temp to perm opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to truly be a support to an
organization and its key executives.
Duties for this position include: daily interaction with all company personnel, answer
phones/meet and greet visitors, manage phone system (routing calls, arranging conference
calls), maintain corporate calendars and scheduling, file and document invoices, maintain
and update contacts in Outlook, prepare and edit documents in Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint, coordinate travel arrangements, order/pick up office supplies, coordinate
office luncheons.
Qualifications: Our Client is looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office
applications (Word, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), who exhibits professionalism, very high
attention to detail, pro-active, good phone presence, excellent communication skills,
team player. Also, a post-secondary degree preferred but not required.
Pay Rate (while temporary): $15-$17.00/hr
