- Processing of transactions ( Payables/Receivables/ Ledgers) in SAP or other ERPsystems.
- Follow up on inqueries with customer and provide great customer service to customers
calling into the contact center.
- Responsible for reporting activities including transaction monitoring and quality
checks.
- Accomplish other tasks required by the reporting manager.
