Our client, a leader in their industry is seeking Bilingual Customer Service
Representatives for opportunities located near Downers Grove, IL.
Job Duties:
- Handle incoming calls from buyers, sellers and vendors regarding sale transactions.
- Contact customers on past due accounts for collections purposes.
- Maintain account and ensure all information is inputted accurately.
- Resolve customer inquires and issues to avoid escalation.
Working hours: M-F (8am-5pm)
Requirements:
--Must be Bilingual (Spanish, German, French, Chinese)
--Excellent communication and organizational skills
--2-3 years of Customer Service call center (inbound or outbound)
--Auto industry experience a plus
