Our client, a leading provider of products and programs to the mortgage industry, located
in Danvers, Ma, is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in
their very busy and expanding call center. Major responsibilities of this position
include, but not limited to: answer incoming and create outbound calls to address client
and Residential Appraiser inquiries on orders, and use order tracking software to receive
and monitor orders. Must be able to multi-task, communicate effectively, and have a
strong sense of urgency. Hourly pay rate is: $13.00. If you are interested and have had
