Three month temporary Marketing position in the Inverness Business area:
General Job Duties: .
I. Coordinate simple direct marketing campaigns on time and within budget for, but not
limited to Product Life Cycle and Energy Domains (Including direct mail, e-mail, surveys,
web seminars, telemarketing and web seminars) using process that provide for recording
and effective tracking.
Appointment Setting Program
Research additional contact opportunities within a targeted segment
Load and assign target contacts and cycle scripts into third party telemarketing work flow
program
Product Life Cycle and Energy
Prepare target for e-mail, surveys, telemarketing and web seminars
Research additional contact opportunities within targeted segments
Assist Marketing Manager in preparation of list for Direct Mail, Email, and Webinar
campaigns
Upload targets into third party email tool for marketing campaigns
Provide support to marketing department staff in the use of marketing process, procedures
and systems
Research direct mail list from third-party sources and in house customer files
II. Provide prompt and effective response to information request. Assist with
maintenance/acquisition of internal and external data sources to ensure they are accurate
and available.

Provide regular maintenance for the customer information source

Complete Corp hierarchy for Corp Roll-up
Eliminate duplicate Soffront data maintain data integrity
Assist with marketing database research projects performing simple market analysis of
customers
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm for 3 months
Looking for someone with 1-2 years of Marketing experience in an IT Database function.
Required Education:
Perferred - BA degree - Marketing, or Business, or Computer Science
Other skills:
Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Necessity) Access, Excel, Word)
