Responsible for contacting and establishing relationships with real estate agents
nationwide, appraisal vendors, and internal serving clients. Manage valuations and to
assure a timely return to clients. Train real estate agents on policies and procedures
and assist them in understanding our Broker Price Opinion system. Review Broker Price
Opinions for quality control check points and work with real estate agents to address the
quality control failures.
May perform the work of word processing operator, data entry clerk, or other clerical
functions.
The successful candidate must exhibit the proven ability to consistently meet quality and
compliance standards. Attention to detail to maximize operational efficiency and accuracy
are imperative. Candidate must consistently take the initiative to meet timelines.
Working hours: 8am-5pm and some mandatory overtime will be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of one year mortgage related experience
Requires knowledge of Broker Price Opinions
Ability to use personal computer, facsimile, telephone, duplicating equipment, etc.
Knowledge of general office procedures in a corporate environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Customer service experience in answering questions and handling difficult customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy
