The call center representative inbound will consist of
direct interaction with customers both inbound and
outbound via telephone, email, mail and fax. This
position includes processing transactions using a
computer for customers.
Individuals must possess:
-Excellent communication skills (voice quality,
grammar, articulation and writing)
-Sales skills
-Customer service skills
-Good problem solving techniques
-Computer and keyboard basics
-Interpersonal and enthusiastic characteristics
-The ability to multi-task
-Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
-Detail oriented skills
-Passion for helping customers
Candidates must be able to triage problems for
customers, have customer service/call center
experience and be able to cross/up sell.
Individuals will be in a call center environment and
will working in a typical office area, sitting next to
co-workers and wearing a headset for long periods of
time.
