The call center representative outbound will consist
of direct interaction with customers with 100%
outbound calling via telephone. This position
includes persuasion and sales.
Individuals must possess:
-Excellent communication skills (voice quality,
grammar, articulation and writing)
-Sales skills
-Customer service skills
-Interpersonal and enthusiastic characteristics
-The ability to multi-task
-Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
-Detail oriented skills
-Passion for helping others
-Interest in non-profit
-Possess 100% outbound calling experience for a minimum
of six months
-Ability to convert available customers into referrals
This office setting is a small office with cubicles
separating co-workers. Candidates must be comfortable
with being seated all day and making outbound calls
100% of the time.
