Employee will be working in a call center environment making outbound calls to follow up
on customer concerns, complaints and questions and to verify information from insurance
companies and hospitals. Employee will also be taking inbound calls to take customer
orders and answer a variety of questions regarding supply orders, medical billing and
shipment of supplies. Candidates must be able to respond to customer inqueries via
phone, fax and email. Must have the ability to multi-task, enter information into the
database and process the appropriate paperwork and reporting. Qualified candidates will
also be responsible for medical billing
Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Qualified candidates must have:
- two years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- high school diploma
