- Read and understand inventory locations.
- Utilize various pieces warehouse equipment such as order pickers, waves and pallet jacks
as needed to retrieve and put away material. (Certification required)
- Accurately pull all box, file, product and carton supply retrievals.
- Utilize TRSQL system and accompanying modules to perform basic work functions such as
printing out guides, file labels, verifying pulled items, receiving new items in and the
putting away or relocating of material.
- Accurately verify work orders, apply labels, package and sort all material on outgoing
work orders.
- Assist clients with material movement during client reviews as needed.
- Receive or scan all incoming material to the TRSQL system or other product related
system.
- Download all scanners and conduct download audits to ensure the locations are cleared
and any errors are identified and corrected within 24 hours.
- Maintain supply levels necessary to the operation.
- Follow all established department workflow processes.
- Ensure adherence to all company and department policies and procedures.
- Report any unsafe activity witnessed.
- Report any unsafe areas or pieces of equipment within the Record Center.
- Complete and turn in any equipment checklists or inspection sheets.
- Accurately complete all productivity tracking paperwork as requested by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
