We are looking for a person with exemplary communications skills and a strong background
in customer service. A qualified candidate will have excellent analytical problem solving
and conflict resolution skills as well. The individual must have the ability to work
independently in a fast-paced, highly structured call center environment. A typical day
will include communication with our clients as well as company representatives to assist
and resolve inquiries or problems.
-Availability for days, nights, and weekends is a must!
-Must be very comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite/Have a comprehensive ability to
navigate through Windows.
-Previous call center experience is required
-This position starts at $11 an hour.
Working hours: Must be available days, nights, and weekends.
