Client Company in the Lincolnshire area is actively seeking a candidate for a Customer
Service position. The individual will be responsible for effectively building,
supporting and managing the day to day customer account activity and relationships for
designated accounts along with Sales Team and Managers. They will respond to customers
to enter sales orders and changes accurately, effectively resolve customer complaints
concerning billing or services rendered using company policies and provide timely
pro-active follow up on all customer requests. The ideal candidate will be able to
maintain acceptable inbound/outbound calls per day as designated by management.
Additionally, the Customer Service position requires coordination efforts with
production, purchasing, shipping and handling and all other departments to expedite and
ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and an Associate's degree required
- 1+ years related Customer Service experience required
- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have working knowledge of Windows
- Flexibility to assist other areas in the department
- Bachelor degree desired
- Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly procedures desired
