Randstad is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a Manufacturing
Company.
Responsibilities include:
- processing quotes and orders
- working superseding schedules weekly
- processing shipping tickets from original PO to shipping
- deducting completed shipping tickets and sending for billing to corp. sales service
- issuing daily and weekly work orders to plant as required
- communicating with customers about problems or inquiries
- processing rejects and complaints from customers
- maintaining finish part inventories
Working hours: 8am-4:30pm, Monday- Thursday
7:00am-3:30pm, Friday
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service in a
manufacturing/ industrial environment.
Pay will be depending upon experience between $9.45/hr. Position is located in the West
End of Louisville. Position is temporary to hire. Must have an excellent attendance
record.
