Randstad has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Team Leader in the Little Chute, WI
area! Along with customer care duties, the chosen candidate will be responsible for
coaching and guiding other team members in customer service performance, assist in the
hiring process of new team members, create schedules, conduct performance reviews, and
other duties as assigned.
Hours for this position would fall between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Friday, and
from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every other Saturday. Starting pay for the position is $14.75
per hour. This is an exciting temp to hire opportunity!
Working hours: Varies
Requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent education, 3-4
years experience in a call center environment with a minimum of 1 year as a
supervisor/lead, excellent customer service skills, the ability to build and maintain
good working relationships with coworkers, the ability to provide constructive feedback
on poor performance, and a PROVEN record of outstanding attendance.
