Our client, a diversified financial services company with $436 billion in assets and
150,000 employees is adding PART TIME and FULL TIME CALL CENTER PROFESSIONALS to its
team! Due to increased volume they are growing fast!
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing a variety of loan servicing tasks within a call center environment
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Will be providing customer account updates, verifying loan documentation and credit
information
- Resolving problems regarding documentation issues
- May assist in researching and resolving discrepancies
- Updating and counseling borrowers on their status of their file, while also providing
options and walking them through the process
- Processing routine to complex transactions on-line
- Resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult
problems to specialists
Working hours: Potential shifts available:
1st shift full time & Part time evening positions
Qualifications:
- Able to speak, read and write Spanish fluently
- Must have 6 months experience preferably in a call center environment or banking,
customer service/call center, loss mitigation, mortgage industry, sales or collections
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional demeanor

Full time 1st shift positions & Part time evening positions
