Job Description: This is a temporary, long-term opportunity for a Non-Profit Client of
ours in the Reston area. This position involves recruiting local businesses, community
leaders, and high-level executives over the telephone to participate in fundraising
programs and is an exciting opportunity to interact directly with key leaders in the
community and demonstrate one's persuasive, creative, and successful sales ability. The
position is 100% outbound calling, and is very goal oriented. Leads, scripts, and
training are provided. The hours of the job are 9-5, Monday through Friday, with a
mandatory half an hour and up to an hour for lunch. Candidates must be able to commit to
at least 20 hours a week. There is flexibility with part time schedules. This is a
great opportunity for outgoing, goal-oriented, and sales-minded individuals who either
have 1-2 years experience or have a combination of experience and personality and who are
looking to develop a professional background in this arena.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9-5PM
1/2 hr-1 hr lunch
Closed for all government holidays
Candidates must:

executives.

-Be aggressive and have the ability to motivate people over the phone.
-Be goal oriented, enthusiastic, and focused.
-Have strong oral communication skills.
-Most importantly: MUST have a positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
