20 Part-Time banking call center positions are available at a Top 5 Commercial Bank in
West San Antonio near Sea World. All positions are temp to hire.
Pay: $14.00/hr
Hours: Part time hours- Monday through Friday 8am-12:30pm or 5:30pm-10pm, with
alternating weekends
Location: West San Antonio near Sea World
Representative will work in an inbound/outbound phone center environment with the
responsibility to take loan modification applications from customers; discuss with them
their current mortgage product and situation; interview them to collect relevant
financial information, and current financial situation; then provide them with a
direction to proceed with the application process. In all cases the representative will
provide excellent customer service, answering routine questions and solving basic
problems for each customer.
Working hours: Monday through Friday 8am-12:30pm or 5:30pm-10pm, with alternating
weekends
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year call center experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
* Basic computer skills
* Banking or mortgage experience a plus
Screenings: CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED
