Local Tampa Bay Client looking for immediate
candidates for a Corporate Card Specialist position.
Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business, etc.
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or
call center
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Lotus Notes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality required
Summary: Responsible for reviewing and assessing new
applications to determine whether applicants will
receive new corporate card, correspond with large
credit card company to resolve issues, work with
credit card company and internal departments , update
status of existing accounts and previous accounts,
inform management immediately of any issues with card
accounts, suggest ideas for improvements in processes
and automation as applicable, collaborate with other
departments.
