The Vienna office is looking for an experienced recruiter to assist with the service
duties of the office. These duties will include but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 5 new ad postings per week
- Source potential talent by various means
- Minimum of 15 in office interviews per week
- Reference checks on all candidates hired
- Pull and distribute oar report on Monday at 8am
- Pull and distribute soar every day at time of release
- Talent greeting, applications/testing set-up, orientation and hiring paperwork
- Written bio for all candidates scheduled to skill market
- Answer the phones
- Research openings at current and prospective clients on indeed/through talent interviews
and screenings
- Put together Sales drops each Friday for the following week
- Complete weekly talent payroll
- Enter orders into database and attaching talent to orders
- Order office supplies
Working hours: The hours will be 8:00am until 5:00pm
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of administrative recruiting
experience, have superior organizational skills, is motivated and is extremely reliable.
In addition, candidates with a flexible schedule are desired as well as someone who is
customer service oriented.
