International manufacturing company is seeking 2nd
shift CNC Machinists for their West Chester PA
location. Qualified candidates need to have experience
in a CNC manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
include set up and operation of diverse types of
equipment used in manufacturing various types of metal
instruments within the established manufacturing
process, GMP's, and quality requirements. This is a
permanent opening with a great benefits package and
shift differentials.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operation of diverse types of equipment
- Produce parts in accordance with the production plan
provided by the manufacturing supervisor
- Equipment used will be CNC Swiss turns, lathes,
mills, and chuckers, as well as other secondary
machines including, but not limited to, various types
of grinders, drill presses, jack rabbits, buffers,
mass finishers, etc.
- Perform first piece inspection and in-process quality
checks
Qualifications:
- Great math skills and working knowledge of metrics
- Previous machine shop experience or experience with
CNC lathes and mills (3+ years)
- Swiss turn experience a plus
- Education and training normally associated with a
high school diploma
