Growing construction company located in Waukesha, WI has an immediate opening for an
Administrative Assistant to the Project Manager to join their team!
This person provides analytical, clerical, job costing/administration, organizational and
computer support to construction project managers. Fast paced, self managing position
with math, accounting,and word processing skills a must. High degree of multi tasking
included. Some overtime and limited local travel for training. Construction experience
and/or associate degree in business related field a plus. Valid driver's license in good
standing required. Seeking career minded applicants.
Working hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Strong accounting and job costing skills as well as a background in construction are
preferred.
Associate Degree preferred as well
1-3 years experience
