Description
We are currently looking for an outgoing and high energy person to join a team as the
administrative assistant. This position is a very high profile position requiring a very
professional, polished and experienced candidate. This candidate will assure that
necessary administrative, secretarial, and clerical; receptionist, scheduling, and
executive support functions are provided to meet the needs of the CEO/President. Perfect
candidate must be able to work in a sales role, customer service role, administrative
role, IT/ Insurance role and so and so. 

Duties:
*Schedule internal and external meetings, interviews, and conference calls; greet visitors
and coordinate meeting space
* Take calls and return calls to prospects, clients and vendors in a professional manner
*Ability to work within a time-sensitive environment, be proactive, and be able to handle
confidential material 
*Attention to detail a must 
*Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
*Must have a professional presence and appearance

Location is in South Jersey.

Working hours: 9-5

The perfect candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: 
A bachelors degree and a few years of experience
Courses in business and other related areas desirable 
Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience 
Prefer experience in an executive environment, particularly in IT
Must pass all computer assessments successfully - typing at 65+ wpm, transcription, word
processing/computer knowledge (MS Office Suite, Powerpoint) 
Demonstrated effective communication skills; via written and verbal
Ability to be flexible with hours 
Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment 
Work independently and ability to communicate with executives over the phone
Excellent judgment required 
Must be customer service oriented
