Description
Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service
by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

- Talks with customer by phone or in person and receives orders for account. 
- Supervise small scale accounts
- Deliver Customer expectation
- Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, communicates changes
with accounts and ensures orders and changes are executed. 
- Solicits sale of new or additional services.
- Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of
service failures to designated departments for investigation.

Working hours: 6:00AM - 5:00 PM

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information
skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving
situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics; Manages difficult or
emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer
