Fortune 500 Financial Services Firm is looking for an Accountant, preferably with CPA
designation, for a six month long contract opportunity. Located in the heart of the
Chicago Loop this high net wealth firm is seeking candidates with expert knowledge of MS
Excel, especially prior use of Macros, and great attention to detail with strong
communication skills. This is a six month temporary position and benefits are available
through Randstad including Medical, Dental, 401k, and accrual towards Holiday Pay and a
Service Bonus.
Daily Accounting duties included:
*Preparing reports
*Making Journal entries
*Summarizing and balancing General Ledger entries
*Prepare financial statements and reports from various corporate data
*Review accounts for proper accruals and classification
*Correct journal entries for adjustments
Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Candidates with CPA designation are preferred. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
