We are looking for a dynamic individual to add to our Finance Team.
In this role you will be maintaining a relationship with the distributor and sales team,
working with both to clear invoices from their statements
You will be working with the A/R department to reconcile the accounts when deductions are
made. The ideal candidate is willing to work in all aspects of accounting, including
account reconciliation
Review and approve all distributor bill backs/deductions taken from invoices
Backup Distributor Bill Back Controller
Follow up and track the invoices through the entire process from beginning to end
Requirements:
5 years experience in the financial field and a BS in Accounting/Finance. Must have
excellent computer skills with Excel, Outlook and Word.
